If you ever care to share the compromise between the Maxis and greener grass, I would download it in a heartbeat! I've been wanting a more lush terrain, but when I installed that greener grass terrain default, it was just TOO MUCH BRIGHTNESS. :/
Just out of curiosity, what do you mean by adding the other textures? Would that affect the maxis/greener grass mix?
