Will have to wait to download until the booty is back up so I can get all the cc, but I so love the look of this lot. Reminds me a bit of this hotel I stayed at in Albert Dock in Liverpool last year. All those old details combined with a modern style. I loved it. I've been thinking for a while to make a British-style neighbourhood in my game, and this might be enough inspiration to start.
