I think my eye and skintone replacements are my most important defaults (if I really had to - say if I was held at gunpoint - I think I could survive with just those and ACR, and no other CC!), but I do like to customize my game as much as I possibly can, as I'm aiming for a very particular look for my 'hoods.
I'm going to try to post some pictures of my WIP terrain replacements, hopefully tomorrow, so you should be able to see whether they might be to your liking or not. :)
