Sister Moon: Addendum
Jan. 10th, 2014 07:12 pmThe main downloads in the post linked to above have also been updated.
Cheerio!
It's that time of year again! Yes, Christmas-in-July at GoS has come, and gone, but the goodies remain.
Firstly, I was lucky enough to have Sentate as my santa, and if you haven't already done so, you must go and grab my amazing gift:
Also, since both my own santees decided to share their gifts, I thought I might as well post them here too.
For Eva (eefje00704) I made a set of medievalish-themed stuff, including 'hood deco, walls, floors and terrains, and some recolours of the Maxis roof:
For Izza (sims_by_izza) I made a set of dresses with stompy boots, Pook'd makeup and vintage wallpapers:
I was asked by obliviouspoo to make a 'blind' version of the Nothing Like the Sun eyes, so I had a go:
Sorry for the lame Bodyshop preview, but I haven't had a chance to get an in-game picture and I didn't want to keep her waiting any longer.
So, if you would like to complete your collection, you can download the custom version here:
Yet another project that took way longer than it probably should have done! Here we have Fran's teen conversion of Ghanima Atreides's skinny jeans and flats mesh in all of Ghanima's textures, plus ColdFire's Pook'd recolours and a recolour of my own (Pooklet's 'Time Bomb'), in both tucked and untucked varieties.
I've been meaning to do this for a while, and kept getting distracted, but since it's very nearly September... So, my santee for the GoS 'Christmas in July' fest was Aquilegia, and since she very generously decided to share her gift, I thought I'd pop it up here as well. I'm sure many people who want these will already have them, but just in case.
Anyway, it's early morning and I've not had a lot of sleep (or enough tea), so less wiffle and more downloads, yes?
My small contribution to the GoS theme for June: 'Creature Feature'. Not just recolours, but gradient recolours (can you tell I was rather chuffed with this idea when it popped unbidden into my head?!)...
Because I'm an inveterate tinkerer, after I thought I had finished, I just had to go and make a couple of extra colours; I decided that I really needed a very dark brown plus an electric blue to complete the set:
This was supposed to be a welcome back pressie for GoS, but better late than never, hey?
Anyway, this is exactly as it says on the tin: eyeshadows in all 42 (yes, 42!) of Pooklet's colours. For boys and girls, teen and upwards.
This is sort of in fulfillment of a request made by Goat, over at GoS. OK, only Pooklet's naturals were originally requested, but, being me, I couldn't leave it at that, and had to do the unnaturals too - my excuse was that it was a great opportunity to give my brand new full-Pookleting capability a good test run.
I was originally going to upload the results at GoS too, but that would have meant making four separate posts for one hair, and I thought people might just start getting annoyed with my omnipresence. Plus, since it's the first hair recolour I've ever released, I'm afraid I bottled out in the end...so it ended up here instead. :)
So, here you have Tenshii~Akari's 'Half-Pony Dreads', for both guys and gals, in all 25 of Pooklet's colours, using Tenshii~Akari's texture (lightly edited by me).
A small helping of copypasta for you today; or in other words, a bit of fake Pook'ing on my behalf.
I love CrabOfDoom's Pook'd Maxis build mode stuffs, especially the Apartment Life spiral stairs, so I really wanted matching fences to go with them. And so, thanks to the wonder of copypaste (I simply slapped CrabOfDoom's textures onto the Maxis fence mesh), here they are. They come in natural flavours only, as I'm afraid I wouldn't really have a use for the neons.
CREDITS:
Full credit to crabofdoom for the scrummy textures and to
pooklet for the equally scrummy colours; I just clicked the mouse button a few times in SimPE.
