The lot is packaged unfurnished except for the bathroom and kitchen fixtures that are visible in the floor plans. I've also removed all pay content from the Sims2Pack file, so you will need to download the following if you don't already have them...

Cyclonesue:
Industrial Age brick plinths
Industrial Age chimneys
never-ending privacy windows
urban signage
Urban Renewal drains
CCTV camera from Urban Renewal security kit
Urban Renewal elevator kit

Windkeeper: La Fenetre windows

wideopeneyes: floor edge cap, basic set

Birgit: simple elegant fireplace from living room 1

nanu: column from Herka living set

Also, as per Buggybooz's instructions, I have not included the KitchenBasic fridge (although there is a space for it in the kitchen); please follow the link and grab the correct version for your game from MTS2.

Included in the RAR file are some Maxis recolours (one my own) for the apartment doors and wooden beams, and the animations for Marvine's spiral stairs, all of which you will need to install manually (i.e. bung in your downloads folder).

The lot is zoned as residential so that you can furnish it to your own taste; simply use the cheat changelotzoning apartmentbase to convert it to an apartment lot when you are done furnishing.

Finally, I have all EPs and SPs (except the Christmas one); Apartment Life is definitely required, and although I don't think I used anything from any other EPs I can't be 100% sure. I would recommend using Sims2Pack Clean Installer to install the CC and lot.

I've just found your journal, and I must say that as much as I love your recolors and such, it's your houses that leave me speechless. I'm very interested in architectural design as it's what I plan on studying when I finally get around to going to college, and I'm just in awe of your mad building skills. It's quite ironic that I can't build anything like this in my game, yet I want to be an architect myself. Grr... xD

I didn't want to spam your journal by leaving comments in every one of your entries, but I just wanted to let you know that I adore your work. Thank you for sharing with us. <3

You're very, very welcome, and thank you so much for your lovely comments - they have really brightened up a grey and miserable morning!
